What made LG decide to choose Epatra?

Five years ago, LG decided to work more and more closely with Epatra. Our partnership was already very good, but in the market in which we operate, forecasting has become very important. The renewed collaboration has ensured that we will always have sufficient stock available. Not only in the LG warehouse but also at Epatra. In addition, Epatra’s Key Account Manager plays an active role in providing LG with an even better proposition in the growing B2B market.

How are you experiencing the collaboration with Epatra?

Every month we have set huddle sessions between LG and Epatra. During these sessions we go through: the mean of the sales of the previous period, which new customers have been added and which customers require extra focus going forward. In addition, we discuss and if needed adjust the average stock position. Because of this, we maintain a healthy stock situation. There is also regular sell out and data exchange between both companies, which means LG knows where, and for which purpose, its range is being sold. I confidently look upon our collaboration which is terrific.

What added value does Epatra provide?

Because Epatra has active Key Account Managers in the field, there is, apart from the visits that the Epatra salespeople make, extra focus from the distributor. In this way, the LG line-up can be presented more prominently in the fast growing B2B market. Twice a year Epatra gets its employees trained by LG, so that they have all the required skills and know-how. Epatra uses the LG showroom on a regular basis and also has LG demo equipment in its own showroom. In addition, there is an active collaboration in the marketing activities, and Epatra is knowledge partner to many LG resellers. Eventually, Epatra supplies a complete package of optional accessories, which means a reseller can make a one-stop-shop order for all its audio-visual equipment from one supplier.
