Epatra makes it easy for you. Based on our experience, we have already put together AV components for the area. We’ll advise you on the details, so all you have to do is follow these steps:

    Step 1 Select the products

    Display

    The display in the meeting room is used mainly for presentations to colleagues and/or visitors. A stretch or ultra stretch display ensures that the presentation is clear and easy to see from anywhere in the room. At the same time, you're creating a wide enough space to display information from multiple sources together.

    Audio

    Good sound support contributes to the power of the story. Nothing is more frustrating than a poorly understood presentation. For a meeting room we recommend wall speakers. The higher position enables the sound to be well distributed over the area and heard throughout the room.

    Video Conferencing

    Video is the most efficient way to bring people together and form a meeting. After all, not everyone has to be physically present in the area to work together successfully. With the right positioning, everyone in the room will have a clear picture. That way, people are always within reach.

    Wireless presentation

    Wireless presentation makes it even easier to share information. Project the image of your laptop, tablet or any other device onto the screen with a single click, without cables or software. Show up to four devices at once on one display, and with the "Bring Your Own Device" option you can open all meeting documents on any device you like.

    Control panel

    A control panel allows you to control the functionality of the room from one place. For a meeting room, an on/off button, volume control and input source selection are often sufficient. This is possible with a simple control panel or by means of an addition to a Room Management solution.

    Connectivity

    As an alternative or addition to wireless presentation, you can also connect to the display by using an input panel. This is a small panel with connection points (HDMI, VGA and power), so that any cabling is still possible. Long cables are not necessary. This option is also less susceptible to interference and always neatly concealed.

    Room Management

    When receiving visitors, you want to avoid having to search out an available area. With a Room Management solution, you can check the availability of a meeting room at a glance and reserve it immediately. This will save you a great deal of time, money and frustration and you can start your meeting right away.
