    Step 1 Select the products

    Desk Management

    Desk Management gives structure and overview to the disarray that often characterises flexible work stations. With Desk Management you can see at a glance whether the work station is available and reserve it within seconds. In addition, the correct data and statistics regarding their use are received by facilities management, enabling further optimisation of the way flexible work stations are used.

    The Desk Management solution provided by Epatra uses the same platform as the Room Management and Digital Reception solution. This allows you to manage all work stations, all meeting rooms and reception from one system. One complete solution that you can present as a total package.

    Mapping

    Mapping is an add-on for the Desk Management solution and visualizes the office floors of a building. It is an interactive floor plan with an overview of all available, reserved and occupied work stations. Mapping also allows you to reserve a work station directly or find the desk of a required colleague.

    The floor plan is shown on one or more displays allocated within the company. A display could be placed at reception, at the lift or at the entry to a department.
